To produce the best quality feed for our clients’ furkids, we are particular on all details of the food preparation, from ingredients sourcing, packaging, delivering, palatability to food safety.

We only use ingredients approved for human consumption. Each pack of fresh pet meal s gently cooked separately to ensure it retains the nutritional content of its original ingredients. Every Pawlistic Kitchen meal is prepared with love and care.

As you join the Pawlistic Kitchen community, we are happy to walk you through the transition period. We recommend gradually transitioning your pet to our new food so that your pets will not get a stomach upset. Serve 25% of the whole portion size of the new food mixed with 75% old food to kickstart the introduction of Pawlistic Kitchen’s food and slowly increase the portion to help your pets make the switch. It should take around 10 days to complete the entire meal transition.

Each Pawlistic Kitchen meal is prepared based on the energy and nutrition your pets need based of their breed, age, activity level, ideal weight, and sensitivities. Therefore, we would need to ask you the right questions to create a plan that’s truly customized to your dogs’ characteristics and needs. Start this process by filling out your pet’s profile now.

Due to long-term consumption of dry pelleted food, some pets especially cats may have phobia to new foods as they are not used to the taste and flavours of fresh foods. In the early transition stage to fresh food, your pet may prefer their original commercial dry or canned food. We recommend to mix the fresh food with the original food to help your pet to get used to the taste of fresh food through the transition period.

Contrary to popular belief, dry food does not assist in cleaning teeth (some may argue the prescription food for cleaning teeth may help). The dental health status of the animal will depend on the dental (teeth) conformation of the animal, chewing habits and eating habits, etc. Some animals are prone to periodontal disease while others are not. It is therefore paramount to have regular oral care. We recommend brushing your pet’s teeth daily or as frequent as possible. Dental diseases may cause serious illness like bacterial infection in heart when bacteria in the oral cavity translocate to the heart via the blood stream.

Our food is pre-portioned and ready-to-serve! You can serve it directly from the fridge. Simply warm up the bag in hot water, open the bag, pour it into the bowl and serve to your eagerly waiting pup.

Pawlistic Kitchen uses HAVI Logistics in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. The delivey fee is HK$50 and will be shipped with Refrigerated Delivery Service. Actual delivery time are subject to change based on a number of conditions.
